These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arenar Labs website and the services provided by Arenar Labs. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Arenar Labs provides website development and related digital services, including website design and development, SEO setup, hosting, and website maintenance.
The exact services included in a project are determined by the applicable quotation, project brief, agreement, or other written confirmation between Arenar Labs and the client.
2. Project Scope
Before work begins, Arenar Labs will establish the agreed project scope.
The scope may include:
- The services to be provided.
- Pages or features to be developed.
- Project price.
- Expected timeline.
- Number of included revision rounds.
- Hosting or other ongoing services where applicable.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation or fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, content, images, branding materials, access, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete their project.
Clients must ensure that materials they provide to Arenar Labs are lawful and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.
Delays in providing required materials, information, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.
4. Payments
Project pricing and payment terms are communicated before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Arenar Labs may require an initial payment before beginning development.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Arenar Labs may pause work where required payments are overdue.
5. Revisions and Changes
Projects may include a specified number of revision rounds depending on the selected package or agreement.
A revision means a reasonable modification to the agreed project scope. New pages, major functionality, or significant changes to an approved direction may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may require a separate quotation or fee before it begins.
6. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing project work and providing timely feedback.
Once a client provides final approval, subsequent changes may be treated as new work and may incur additional charges.
7. Website Launch and Handover
A website will normally be launched after the agreed project requirements have been completed and the applicable final payment has been received.
Where applicable, Arenar Labs will provide the client with the agreed handover information and access required for the delivered website.
Third-party services such as domain registration, hosting platforms, email services, and other external tools may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
8. Hosting and Renewals
Where Arenar Labs provides hosting or other services that require renewal, the applicable renewal period and fees will be communicated to the client.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions or paying renewal fees where required to keep those services active.
Arenar Labs may not be responsible for interruptions caused by expired third-party services where required renewal payments were not made.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and licensing of project materials will be determined by the applicable client agreement.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, frameworks, or other materials may remain subject to their respective licenses.
Arenar Labs does not transfer ownership of third-party materials that it does not own.
10. Third-Party Services
Arenar Labs may use third-party services and platforms to develop, host, deploy, or maintain websites.
These services may include platforms such as Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, domain registrars, hosting providers, and other technology providers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, and policies. Arenar Labs cannot guarantee the continued availability or operation of services controlled by third parties.
11. Website Availability
Arenar Labs aims to provide reliable websites and services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, domain issues, internet connectivity, security incidents, or failures involving third-party services.
12. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use websites or services provided by Arenar Labs for unlawful activities, fraud, abuse, malicious activity, infringement of third-party rights, or other activities prohibited by applicable law.
Arenar Labs reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where necessary to address unlawful or abusive use.
13. Limitation of Liability
Arenar Labs will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Arenar Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a website or third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Arenar Labs may update these Terms of Service when its services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
For existing client projects, the applicable quotation, agreement, and other written project documents may contain additional terms specific to that project.
